An illustrated poster that visualizes just some of the wide range of organisms that are known as plankton for a middle school science classroom. I selected a range of both animals (zooplankton) and plants (phytoplankton) and focused on representing a diversity of different species. I sketched the initial designs and layout in pencil and used photoshop to illustrate the final art.
